‘Landscape functional analyses’
I am working on the relationship between early human’s settlement pattern/dynamic and natural environment, during the Upper Pleistocene period on the Iranian Plateau. For this study I have introduced a new concept of research which is called landscape functional analyses. This concept is based on the landforms and natural resources as the basic structural landscape elements for the early human activities and land-use.
